Another Day in Hell
Poem about the Holocaust
Those eight months there
Were impossible to bear
Those eight months there
My eyes will never clear
Working all morning
Working all afternoon
Working all evening
This cruelty had no limits
My hands touched fire
As they were as cold as ice
My life was out of my lead
Like if I were gambling with only one dice.
