The mysterious room


Once in 1986 in Liverpool, Uruguay, more precisely at Salvador school there was something nobody could explain.
This school was huge, nice at daytime, scary in the night time. It was now 1990 when the new night guard, Ruben, patrolled the rooms and the entrances to the building. He was terrified to pass near the music room because the other guards and the boys of the school had told him that in this room a little boy had disappeared, nobody knew how. After this horrible incident this room was locked as a precautionary measure because Cloruro Gomez, the headmaster, said that the spirit of this little child rested in this room. Ruben, thought that he needed a way to find out what had happened with this poor boy. For precaution, Ruben started to carry a knife always in his pocket.
In 1991, Ruben opened the door of the music room. This door was very dirty, near the door there was a lot of wood blocking the way. The night guard went into this classroom because the secretary of Cloruro Gomez had heard a lot of strange noises, and voices. So the secretary, Moreno, told Ruben to inspect that class. When the guard opened the door he found a torture chamber, with a lot of nails, and a whip.
Later Ruben heard another noise coming from a door. So Ruben opened that door and he saw a boy tied up and shouting. The boy convinced Ruben that he was not evil and that he wouldn’t do any harm to him. Ruben untied the boy believing that what he said was true. As soon as the child was untied, he got up and hit the guard. Later Ruben woke up and realized he was tied to the chair. When the boy was going to kill Ruben, he asked “why? Why are you going to kill me?” The boy thought what to answer, and then he said “I do this because in my class all the boys hit me and they made a nuisance of me because I am black, and because of that I am living here now to concentrate my anger”. “But by killing me you are not obtaining anything…” “Yes, I know” interrupted the boy, “but my conscience will find some rest”. The child took the knife from his pocket and tried to stab Ruben. Skillfully, the guard turned aside and with a quickly movement stabbed the boy and, behaving as cruel as most of the boy’s classmates, he proudly said “Now you will find some rest”.
