The Magic Tree

On a very cloudy day a boy called Richard and a girl called Susan went to a field. Richard was a tall and thin boy; he was a very honest person. Susan was shorter than Richard and thinner too; she was also very beautiful.
On the field they wanted to play with all the horses which were there. Richard rode a brown one and Susan rode the most beautiful one in the field: a black horse.
They went far away up to a tree where they stopped. They liked that tree because it was brown with long branches and beautiful pink leaves. They saw it and went back home.
The next day, Richard and Susan rode back to the field and saw the tree again. But this time the tree branches started moving left to right; its branches turned from brown to pink and in the middle of the tree a big face with two eyes, a nose and a mouth appeared. Richard and Susan were shocked. The tree started talking, and his first words were: “Come to me and you are going to discover a very strange world”. The friends didn’t answer anything. The tree picked up the two friends and suddenly they were in a different and strange world.
Susan started asking where they were. Immediately, a mysterious animal appeared. It was a tortoise with a shark’s head. Richard asked him where the exit was and the mysterious animal pointed at a cloud. The friends climbed up the cloud: there, they saw a wonderful rainbow with a big door in it. They opened the door and found the way out.
Finally, they appeared in front of the tree. They started running away and they thought they never wanted to come back again to that tree.
